Take one capsule daily 30 minutes before exposure to sun.
If you are outdoors for longer than 4 hours, take another capsule. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.
These capsules do not replace your daily sunscreen and should be used together with your high factor sunscreen for optimum sun protection.
Wear additional protective clothing if you are outdoors for prolonged periods.
