Chris & Alley Black Friday 2026 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter and promotion period

1.1. The promoter is AC2 Beauty (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2020/914185/07, trading as Chris & Alley (“C&A”, “we” or “us”).

1.2. The giveaway period runs from 3 November 2026 at 00:00 to 30 November 2026 at 23:59 South African Standard Time (SAST), inclusive.

1.3. These terms apply to the Mesoestetic, Lamelle and Sky Villa giveaways described below. Each giveaway has a separate entry pool. A purchase may qualify for more than one giveaway if it meets the requirements for each.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry is open to South African residents aged 18 or older who meet the requirements for the relevant giveaway.

2.2. A prize may not be awarded to a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of C&A or a company that controls, or is controlled by, C&A; a supplier connected with the relevant competition; or a marketing service provider involved in it. The required exclusions also apply to the spouses, life partners, business partners and immediate family members of people responsible for conducting the competition.

3. How to earn entries

3.1. Qualifying purchases must be paid for in full during the promotion period. Unpaid, cancelled, fraudulent, refunded or fully returned purchases do not qualify. If a purchase is later cancelled, refunded or returned, C&A may remove its related entries.

3.2. An online order must be placed and paid for during the promotion period. An in-store invoice must be paid during the promotion period.

3.3. Each separate qualifying paid order or in-store invoice earns one standard entry into each giveaway for which it qualifies. Separate qualifying purchases can earn separate entries. Spend across different orders or invoices cannot be combined to meet a threshold.

3.4. A qualifying in-store purchase earns one additional in-store entry into each relevant giveaway. The in-store invoice will be used to record that bonus entry.

3.5. C&A will record eligible purchases and entries in the relevant draw list. Entrants should retain their order confirmation or in-store invoice in case an entry needs to be verified.

4. Mesoestetic giveaway

Entry requirements

4.1. To earn a standard Mesoestetic entry, an entrant must make a paid purchase of three or more Mesoestetic products in one order or invoice, including at least one of these qualifying products:

Melan Tran3x Gel Cream;
Melan Tran3x Concentrate; or
Skinretin 0.3%.

4.2. The entrant must also follow @chrisandalley and @mesoestetic on Instagram. Following both accounts is a requirement for a valid entry. A qualifying purchase or draw ticket alone does not make an entry valid if this requirement is not met. C&A may check that the entrant follows both accounts when verifying entries and contacting a potential winner.

4.3. An entrant who meets the purchase and Instagram requirements may receive one additional Mesoestetic entry by sending a pigmentation photograph to the C&A Instagram inbox during the promotion period. C&A’s marketing team will add the entry when the photograph is received. No email confirmation will be sent for this photo entry.

4.4. The photograph will be used to record and verify the bonus entry. It will not be used in publicity or marketing without separate consent.

Mesoestetic prizes and draw

4.5. Three distinct winners will be selected from the same Mesoestetic entry pool. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. A person may win no more than one of these three prizes.

4.6. Two winners will each receive a Cosmelan journey valued at R28,000. One journey is allocated to C&A at Ballito Lifestyle Centre, and one to C&A at The Grove Mall, Pretoria. Each journey includes:

One pre-treatment skin scan and consultation;
One professional Cosmelan 1 in-clinic treatment;
The initial Cosmelan homecare kit included with the treatment package;
Two post-procedure consultations;
Two post-treatment skin scans; and
One additional maintenance kit, supplied six months after treatment, containing Cosmelan 2 cream 30 g, Melan Recovery 50 ml and Mesoprotech Melan 130 Pigment Control 50 ml, valued at R9,500.

4.7. The third winner will receive a Mesoestetic product kit valued at R9,500, comprising Cosmelan 2 cream 30 g, Melan Recovery 50 ml and Mesoprotech Melan 130 Pigment Control 50 ml. This prize does not include an in-clinic treatment or a complete Cosmelan journey. A professional skin suitability assessment is required before the products are supplied.

Journey attendance and treatment suitability

4.8. All eligible entrants may enter the same Mesoestetic pool, regardless of where they live. A journey winner must be able to attend the salon allocated to their prize for treatment and the required in-person appointments, including follow-ups.

4.9. Travel, transport and accommodation are not included. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for them.

4.10. A Cosmelan journey is subject to a professional consultation and skin assessment. The practitioner will determine suitability and advise on any preparation, treatment and aftercare protocols. A winner who proceeds with treatment must follow the practitioner’s instructions. Treatment results are not guaranteed.

4.11. Living far from the allocated salon does not by itself disqualify a winner. After being informed of the location and required appointments, if the winner confirms that they cannot or do not wish to attend, or cannot complete the journey, C&A may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. If a selected journey winner is not clinically suitable, C&A may also select an alternate winner for that prize.

4.12. A journey winner will be invited to take part in professionally produced content documenting their pigmentation journey for C&A’s social media and marketing platforms. Consent to publicity, image use or marketing participation is voluntary and does not affect the winner’s right to receive the prize. Permission to use treatment or progress photographs will be requested separately.

5. Lamelle giveaway

5.1. To qualify, an entrant must make a paid purchase of R2,000 or more in Lamelle products in one order or in-store invoice during the promotion period. The qualifying amount is the amount paid for Lamelle products after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

5.2. The entrant must follow @chrisandalley and @lamellersa on Instagram.

5.3. One winner will receive a Lamelle skincare journey valued at R3,650, comprising:

Serra Body Lotion, valued at R420;
Correctives Vita C Lipid, valued at R1,105;
Helase 50+, valued at R675;
Correctives AHA 5% Retexture Solution, valued at R450; and
One Lamelle treatment, valued at R1,000.

5.4. The treatment will be arranged with the winner and is subject to appointment availability and any relevant professional assessment.

6. Sky Villa giveaway

6.1. To qualify, an entrant must make a paid purchase of R3,000 or more across any C&A brands in one order or in-store invoice during the promotion period. The qualifying amount is the amount paid for products after discounts, excluding delivery charges.

6.2. The entrant must follow @chrisandalley and @skyvillaplett on Instagram.

6.3. One winner will receive a two-night weekend getaway for two at Sky Villa Boutique Hotel in Plettenberg Bay, with breakfast included.

6.4. The stay must take place within six months of the prize being awarded, excluding December, and is subject to availability when booked. Breakfast is the only meal included.

6.5. The winner and their guest are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transport to and from Plettenberg Bay and all related travel costs.

7. Draw and winner notification

7.1. After the promotion closes, C&A will prepare a list of eligible entries for each giveaway. Winners will be selected at random using an automated ticket-draw platform.

7.2. For the Mesoestetic giveaway, three different eligible entrants will be selected from the shared pool. One journey will be allocated to Ballito, one to The Grove, and the third winner will receive the product kit.

7.3. The Lamelle and Sky Villa winners will be drawn separately from their respective entry lists.

7.4. Winners will be contacted using the contact details associated with their qualifying order or supplied with their in-store purchase. Winners will be announced after Cyber Monday 2026 on C&A’s official channels. Publicity or use of a winner’s image will only take place with that winner’s separate consent.

7.5. A selected winner must respond within seven calendar days of C&A’s notification and provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange the prize. If C&A cannot reach a selected winner after reasonable attempts, the winner is ineligible, or the winner declines or does not claim the prize within that period, C&A may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General prize conditions

8.1. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided, C&A will discuss an appropriate alternative of comparable value with the winner.

8.2. The winner is responsible for costs not expressly included in the prize description.

8.3. C&A may verify a winner’s age, residence, purchase and eligibility before awarding a prize.

8.4. If an event outside C&A’s reasonable control prevents the giveaway from being conducted as described, C&A may make a reasonable adjustment to the arrangements, subject to applicable law and participants’ rights.

9. Personal information and Instagram

9.1. C&A will use entrants’ order, contact, Instagram and entry information to administer the giveaways, verify eligibility, contact winners and provide prizes, in accordance with C&A’s Privacy Policy.

9.2. A pigmentation photograph submitted for a Mesoestetic bonus entry will be used to record and verify that entry. It will not be published or used for marketing without separate consent.
