  You will automatically be enrolled in the programme once you become a registered user on this website. You can then earn points for leaving reviews, liking us on social media and for every purchase you make. We notify you via email whenever you earn and we will even reward you with points on your birthday. These points can then be used for discounts when making purchases. Points will never expire.
• In Store
  Depending on your loyalty level you earn points per rand spent on in store product and treatment purchases. These points can be used to purchase/discount qualifying services and treatments.

• Online
  If you already have an existing Chris&Alley account then you will be automatically signed up for the loyalty programme. If not, you are can simply sign up by clicking on the rewards widget in the bottom right corner of the screen, or simply click here to signup (*Take note: You can only redeem points if you have an online account, please make sure to login to yuour online account in order to redeem points)
• In Store
  You are automatically enrolled in our loyalty programme once we have collected your details in store.

• Online
  You save R1 off your next purchase for every 30 points you earn.
• In Shop
  Each loyalty level has their own points value per R1 spend. Points range from 15 points per R1 to 70 points per R1.

• Online
  You can earn 750 points for each product review you write. You will receive a review request from us 14 days after making a purchase.
• In Store
  You will receive a WhatsApp message from us after visiting our salon containing a review request. Share your experience with us and you could earn 10 000 points for in-store use.

• Online
  Once a year you will be notified via email that you have earned birthday points. Please remember to set you birthday. If you are a registered user on the website, you can use the rewards widget in the lower right corner of your screen to access your loyalty programme settings. Simply navigate to “Ways To Earn” and click on “Edit Date”.
• In Store
  We will send you a once off voucher code every year for your birthday associated with your loyalty level. You will be able to redeem your voucher during your birthday month. E.g., Redeem your voucher anytime during your birthday month. If you’re birthday falls on the 20th of a month, you will have the entire month to redeem your voucher.
  Please be sure that your date of birth is set on your customer profile. You can set this date yourself using the Chris&Alley mobile app or ask us to set it for you in store.

• Online
  If you are a registered user on the website, you can use the rewards widget in the lower right corner of your screen to see how many points you have available. You can also click here to pop-up the widget (*Make sure you are signed in to view your points)

• In Store
  There are various ways to check your loyalty points. 

- Visit www.bookings.chrisalley.co.za  and sign into your profile to check your loyalty points balance. 

- Send an email to info@chrisalley.co.za. Be sure to include “Loyalty Points Balance” to the subject line. 

- Download the Chris&Alley app to access your profile and details.  

- Enquire in-store. 

- Call any of our branches and enquire telephonically. 

- Subscribe to receive email/WhatsApp communication.

Note: Loyalty Point Discount Vouchers can only be used on purchases of over R700.

If you would like to use on smaller purchases, opt for a Free shipping Voucher instead.

Redeeming Points

1. Click on the Loyalty widget and login.

2. Select Redeem.

3. Choose how much of your points you would like to use and the value associated.

4. Select Redeem, a discount code will be generated which you can use in Cart or at Checkout
