Mesoestetic positions Tranexamic Acid as acting on keratinocyte signalling involved in pigmentation, including factors associated with inflammation and vascular activity, alongside its broader effect on melanogenesis.
This is particularly relevant to pigmentation such as melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, where inflammatory signalling can contribute to recurrence.
For Chris & Alley I would avoid presenting topical Tranexamic Acid as permanently “switching off” pigmentation. A more accurate description is:
Helps regulate pathways involved in excess melanin formation and recurrent pigmentation.
Enzymacid Complex
Mesoestetic continues to list Enzymacid Complex as one of the serum’s four principal technologies.
The current formula contains:
Mandelic Acid — an AHA providing controlled surface renewal and pigment-supporting exfoliation.
Lactic Acid — an AHA that supports exfoliation while contributing humectant benefits.
Salicylic Acid — a BHA that provides exfoliating and pore-supportive activity.
Bacillus Ferment — a biotechnological ferment ingredient included within the broader exfoliating system.
Older Mesoestetic technical material describes Enzymacid as a combination of Mandelic, Salicylic and Lactic Acids plus a biotechnological enzymatic active designed to help remove accumulated superficial melanin.
I would retain the complex name, but not publish the older percentage unless Mesoestetic confirms it in the current technical sheet.

Mesoestetic’s older technical material describes TYR Control as combining Kojic Acid, plankton-derived biotechnology, peptide technology and amino-acid support to regulate different stages of pigment formation.
Because the current consumer page does not map each complex ingredient one-to-one, I would keep the broader TYR Control Complex terminology rather than assigning every INCI ingredient to it ourselves.
Kojic Acid
A well-established pigmentation-supporting ingredient that helps regulate tyrosinase activity.
It complements rather than replaces Tranexamic Acid, which is why the serum addresses pigmentation through multiple mechanisms.
Hydroxyethyl Urea
A hydrating ingredient positioned high in the current formula.

Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer-2

Use morning and evening.
Apply 3–4 drops to clean, dry, intact skin and distribute evenly over the face.
Do not rinse.
For maximum depigmenting support, Mesoestetic recommends following with melan tran3x gel cream.
During periods of direct or intensive sun exposure, Mesoestetic advises limiting the concentrate to evening use onlyand using mesoprotech® melan 130 pigment control during the day.
Wash hands after application.
Avoid direct contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
