Skin consultations are 100% free of charge when you purchase retail skin care products to the value of R1400 of more or purchase any skin treatment package of 6 or more sessions. Skin consultations are offered as a value-added benefit to our clients once this criteria is met.
We are involved with your skin care journey and want you to achieve the best possible results. All that we ask is that you make a booking to ensure we can accommodate you and have a professional therapist available to assist you at a time convenient to you.
We also offer Remote skin consultations and are always happy to assist you no matter your location as long as you are within the borders of South Africa.

An email confirmation is also sent to you with a tracking a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Fulfilled means your order has been picked and packed and is ready for collection by the logistics service provider.

The first step is to contact your bank and ensure there is no issues from their side. If there are no issues, please get in touch with our team at info@chrisalley.co.za and we will investigate the issue from our side.
The Second Step would be to select a different payment gateway option on Checkout, we have multiple payment options and some payment options also have various options within their system : ie: Payfast has, mobicred, instant EFT or Card payment, Snap Scan.
Alternatively try Payflex which has payment plans, or Float (Do note that float only works with credit cards and not debit cards)
Payjustnow is also available where they offer payment plans, if this is your choice then go ahead and select this option and complete their form.
Yoco is also a secure payment gateway.

Our Warehouse is Located in Pretoria. We have partnered with some of the largest logistics service providers in South Africa. We Strive to have your products to you within two Business days, however depending on your exact location deliveries could take up to three business days. Outlying regions could possible take up to 4 days. If the Parcel is urgent, feel free to leave us a comment when you are in the final check out stage, we will ensure to do our best to make the necessary courier upgrades where possible.
As our Warehouse is located in Gauteng offer our clients Same Day delivery service within Gauteng at no extra cost, however we cannot guarantee same day delivery and only provide same day delivery service when orders meet our internal requirements. (ie: placed before 09:30 AM and all products are in stock).

Loyalty Programme

The loyalty programme is free of charge. It is a value-added programme to make you feel good, we want to reward you for taking care of your wellness.

You will automatically be enrolled in the programme once you make a purchase or create an account. You can then earn points for leaving reviews, liking us on social media and for every purchase you make. We notify you via email whenever you earn and we will even reward you with points on your birthday. These points can then be used for discounts when making purchases. Points will never expire. We will send you a once off voucher code every year for your birthday associated with your loyalty level. You will be able to redeem your voucher during your birthday month. Online Loyalty Points: We are so happy that you can redeem your points and spoil yourself! 1. Click on the Loyalty widget and login. 2. Select Redeem. 3. Choose how much of your points you would like to use and the value associated. 4. Select Redeem, a discount code will be generated which you can use in the cart or at Checkout (Note a minimum spend of R700 is necessary for the code to work)
