Niacinamide
Vitamin B3 is the central active in VITA B3 Cream and appears very high in the current ingredient declaration.
Niacinamide helps support the production of ceramides and other epidermal lipids, strengthening the skin’s protective barrier and reducing excessive moisture loss.
It also provides soothing activity and can help improve visible redness.
For combination and oily skin, Niacinamide offers additional sebum-balancing support and can help reduce the visible appearance of enlarged pores.

24-Hour Moisturising Complex
pHformula describes this as a synergistic mixture of ingredients related to the skin’s Natural Moisturising Factors, designed to support prolonged hydration and protection.
The current ingredient declaration includes several relevant components:
Sodium PCA — a Natural Moisturising Factor-related humectant that helps bind water within the skin.

Use morning and/or evening.
