Lactobacillus Ferment
A postbiotic ingredient obtained through bacterial fermentation.
Mesoestetic uses Lactobacillus Ferment across its Cleansing Solutions range to help support microbiome balance and preserve optimum barrier function.
This is especially relevant for sensitive or easily disrupted skin.
Urban D-tox®
Mesoestetic’s biotechnological anti-pollution technology.

Alteromonas Ferment Extract
A biotechnology-derived marine ferment present within the current formula.
It forms part of the product’s broader anti-pollution and skin-conditioning strategy.
Glycerin
A humectant that helps attract water to the outer layers of the skin, supporting hydration and comfort during cleansing.
Coco-Caprylate/Caprate + Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride
Lightweight emollient lipids that contribute to the cream-to-oil transformation and help leave skin feeling smooth rather than stripped.
Tricaprylin
An emollient lipid that helps condition and soften the skin while contributing to the cleanser’s silky oil phase.

Use morning and evening.
Apply a small amount to the dry face with dry hands.
Spread evenly over the skin and leave for a few seconds.
Massage gently until the cream transforms into an oil.
Add a small amount of water if desired to emulsify the cleanser, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water.
Pat the skin dry and continue with the remainder of your skincare routine.
