Stem Cell Conditioned Media (SCCM)
The defining technology within RFM Serum.
The current formula lists Human Adipocyte Conditioned Media Extract as the second ingredient.
Conditioned media is the nutrient medium collected after cells have been cultured and contains secreted signalling components produced by those cells.
Lamelle describes SCCM as containing highly active proteins and anti-inflammatory cytokine-related factors designed to support healthy cellular communication and renewal.
Importantly, this should not be described as live stem cells rebuilding the customer's tissue.
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8
A cosmetic peptide frequently used in formulations targeting expression-related lines.
It helps support a smoother-looking complexion and forms part of RFM's wider peptide strategy.
Pentapeptide-18
A complementary peptide used to support the appearance of smoother, softer expression lines.
Together with Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, it strengthens the serum's focus on visible wrinkle correction.
Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate
A stable Vitamin C derivative highlighted directly by Lamelle.
It provides antioxidant support against environmental oxidative stress while helping promote brighter, more even-looking skin.
Lamelle also positions it as part of the serum's wider collagen- and elastin-supporting strategy.
Glycoproteins
Protein-based skin-conditioning components within the formula that complement the serum's broader biological-signalling and skin-support strategy.
Yeast Extract
Provides additional skin-conditioning and bioactive support within the formulation.
It should be understood as one component of the wider serum rather than presented as a standalone growth factor.
Glycerin + Glycereth-26
Humectant ingredients that help retain water within the outer layers of the skin and support comfortable hydration.

Use morning and evening.
After cleansing and drying the skin, apply your chosen Lamelle Skin Essence if used.
Apply approximately one drop of RFM Serum to each treatment area of the face and neck.
Gently spread the serum with your fingertips and allow it to absorb.
Follow with your prescribed Lamelle Corrective product, moisturiser and sunscreen during the day.
The current Chris & Alley directions recommend using RFM Serum as a concentrated booster course for approximately 2–3 months.
