Dermaheal Growth Factor Complex
The Dermaheal range incorporates recombinant growth-factor technology designed to support cellular communication associated with skin renewal and repair.
The current ingredient declaration includes several recombinant oligopeptides and polypeptides.
Rather than describing these ingredients as physically “rebuilding” skin, we prefer to position them as signalling technologies that support normal skin-renewal and age-related repair processes.
Anti-Inflammatory Cytokine Technology
Cytokines are signalling proteins involved in communication between cells.
Within the Dermaheal approach, Lamelle uses cytokine technology to help support a healthier, less inflammatory skin environment — particularly relevant because chronic low-grade inflammation can contribute to visible ageing.
MMP-Inhibiting Complex
Lamelle incorporates technology designed to help counter processes associated with matrix metalloproteinases, or MMPs.
MMP activity contributes to the breakdown of structural proteins such as collagen when skin is exposed to factors including UV radiation and oxidative stress.
This forms an important part of Cellular Repair’s preventative age-support strategy.
Pycnogenol®
A patented French maritime pine bark antioxidant extract.
Pycnogenol® provides strong free-radical defence and complementary soothing, hydrating and pigmentation-supporting activity.
It is particularly useful for skin exposed to environmental oxidative stress.
Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate
A stable, lipid-soluble Vitamin C derivative.
It provides antioxidant support while contributing to collagen-related processes and helping promote a brighter, more even-looking complexion.
Oat Beta Glucan
A soothing and hydrating polysaccharide that helps support skin comfort and resilience.
It provides a useful calming counterbalance within an active anti-ageing formulation.
Ceramide NP
A skin-identical barrier lipid that helps support the skin’s natural protective barrier and reduce moisture loss.
Cellular Repair contains barrier-support ingredients, although Dermaheal Renewal Cream remains the more dedicated option where dryness and barrier impairment are dominant concerns.
Ectoin
A protective osmolyte that helps support skin exposed to environmental stress while improving hydration and barrier resilience.
Alpha-Arbutin
A pigment-regulating ingredient that provides complementary support for uneven-looking tone and age-related discolouration.
Pigmentation correction is not Cellular Repair’s primary function, but Alpha-Arbutin complements the wider antioxidant and brightening formula.
Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate
A modified form of hyaluronic acid that helps improve hydration and moisture retention.
It supports softer, more supple-looking skin and helps reduce the appearance of dehydration-related fine lines.
Retinyl Palmitate
A Vitamin A ester included as a complementary conditioning and age-supporting ingredient.
It is considerably different from the more intensive retinoic-acid-ester technology used in Dermaheal Ultra Renewal Cream.

Use morning and/or evening.
After cleansing, apply your prescribed Lamelle Correctives serum.
Follow with one pump of Dermaheal Cellular Repair Cream over the face, neck and décolleté.
Massage gently until fully absorbed.
If using during the day, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen once the cream has absorbed.
Cellular Repair may also be combined with another appropriate treatment product in the evening according to your individual skin needs.
