ASPA Fernblock® Technology

A patented plant based complex combining Fernblock®, derived from Polypodium leucotomos, with Aspalathus linearis, also known as Rooibos. This technology provides antioxidant support and helps defend the skin against UV induced damage.

Advanced UV Filter System

A combination of organic and other advanced UV filters designed to provide broad spectrum sun protection against UVA and UVB radiation. These filters work together to help reduce the amount of damaging UV radiation reaching the skin.

Glycosylases

Enzymes associated with supporting the repair of oxidative DNA damage caused by UV exposure. They complement the sunscreen's protective system by supporting the skin's natural response to environmental damage.

Vitamin E

An antioxidant that helps neutralise free radicals generated by environmental stress and UV exposure, supporting the skin's natural defence mechanisms.

Polypodium Leucotomos Leaf Extract

A fern derived antioxidant extract that forms part of Fernblock® technology and helps protect the skin against the effects of UV induced oxidative stress.

Aspalathus Linearis Extract

An antioxidant rich Rooibos extract that complements Fernblock® within ASPA Fernblock® technology, contributing additional antioxidant support.

Step 1: Shake

Shake the product well before use to help ensure an even application.

Step 2: Apply

Apply a generous, even layer over all exposed body areas before sun exposure. Apply approximately 15 to 30 minutes before going outdoors, allowing time for even coverage.

Step 3: Reapply

Reapply frequently, particularly after swimming, sweating or towel drying. For prolonged outdoor exposure, reapply at least every two hours.

Apply enough product to achieve the labelled SPF protection. Using too little sunscreen significantly reduces the level of protection.

Avoid direct contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not rely on sunscreen alone for sun protection. Wear protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses, and seek shade during periods of intense sunlight.
