Lamelle describes this patented ingredient system as mimicking the activity of Cathepsin D, an enzyme naturally involved in normal surface-cell shedding.
As skin ages, natural desquamation can become less efficient, contributing to:

Cathepzyme 2 contains a higher concentration of this technology than Cathepzyme 1, making it more appropriate for resilient skin and experienced users.

Avoid saying it literally replaces a missing human enzyme.
Mucor Miehei Extract
Listed prominently in the full INCI.
This enzyme-derived ingredient appears to form part of the broader Cathepzyme enzyme system.
Lamelle does not currently publish enough technical detail to assign a specific percentage or independently equate the ingredient itself with a defined percentage of Cathepsin D analogue.
Therefore:
Do not assign an unverified concentration.
Phytic Acid
A multifunctional ingredient providing:
Gentle exfoliating + antioxidant + complexion-supportive benefits.
Lamelle specifically positions it as helping improve:
Uneven pigmentation + brightness.
For Chris & Alley:
Helps support brighter, more even-looking skin while complementing the enzymatic exfoliation system.

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract

Glycerin

A form of Hyaluronic Acid providing complementary moisture support.
For the facial application, this is a rinse-off product, so it should remain a supporting benefit rather than being compared with a leave-on HA serum.
Tocopherol / Vitamin E
Provides complementary antioxidant and skin-conditioning support.
Jojoba Seed Oil + Wheat Germ Oil
Provide emollient and conditioning support within the broader botanical blend.
Chamomile Extract
Helps support skin comfort during exfoliation.
Centella Asiatica + Cucumber + Nettle + Horsetail + Chlorella
Provide complementary:
Soothing + conditioning + antioxidant support.

Face, Neck & Décolleté
Use 2–3 times per week, preferably in the evening.
Cleanse the skin and pat completely dry.
Apply approximately:
3 pumps
to the treatment area using the fingertips and gently distribute in circular movements.
Leave on for a maximum of 3 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water or gently remove with a soft, damp cloth or facial sponges.
Follow with your appropriate:
Serum → Moisturiser.
Important
Do not increase the contact time beyond 3 minutes on the face in an attempt to achieve stronger results.
Current detailed Lamelle guidance notes that leaving the product on longer can result in temporary redness.
Keratosis Pilaris – Body
Cleanse and dry the affected area.
Apply approximately:
1–2 pumps
to each affected area, such as the:
Upper arms + Thighs
and allow the product to absorb completely.
For body KP use:
Do not rinse off.
Follow with a moisturising body lotion, such as:
Lamelle Serra Body Lotion.
Current Lamelle specialist guidance supports:
Twice-daily use on Keratosis Pilaris.
During daytime, apply:
Broad-spectrum SPF 50+
to treated areas that will be exposed to sunlight.
