It complements the broader firming and smoothing action of the formula.
Hexapeptide-10 / Serilesine
A firming peptide included to support skin structure, firmness and a more lifted appearance.
Together with Tensderm and SCA®, it contributes to Tensage Concentrate's intensive firming profile.
Hydrosystem
The South African formulation includes an intensive moisturising system designed to support both immediate and sustained hydration.
Endocare South Africa identifies components including Hygroplex and Pentavitin within this moisturising complex.
Glycosaminoglycans
Water-binding compounds that help support skin hydration, suppleness and a plumper-looking surface.
Antioxidant Components

For the intensive course traditionally recommended with this product, use daily for approximately one month, then repeat periodically during the year according to your skincare needs or professional recommendation.
Once opened, South African product instructions and established Tensage guidance indicate that one 2ml ampoule may be used for up to three days when correctly resealed and stored.
