pHformula's GAGs Complex combines low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid with glycosaminoglycans.
Hyaluronic acid attracts and retains water to provide an immediate hydration boost and plumper appearance, while glycosaminoglycans form part of the skin's natural extracellular matrix and contribute to its water-binding environment.
Low-Molecular-Weight Hyaluronic Acid
Represented by Sodium Hyaluronate within the current INCI. It provides humectant hydration, helping attract water and soften the appearance of fine dehydration lines.
Pure Ferulic Acid Complex
A synergistic combination of ferulic acid and vitamin E.
Ferulic acid is a potent antioxidant that helps protect against oxidative stress, while vitamin E provides complementary antioxidant and skin-conditioning support.
Together, they help protect dehydrated and environmentally stressed skin while supporting overall skin resilience.
3D HYDRA Complex
pHformula describes its 3D HYDRA Complex as combining an innovative delivery system with Natural Moisturising Factors and skin-mimicking ceramides to provide three-dimensional hydration.


The current formulation contains moisturising components including Sodium Lactate, Sodium PCA, Urea, Glycine, Fructose, Inositol, Sorbitol and Saccharide Isomerate, alongside barrier lipids including Ceramide NP, Ceramide NS, Ceramide AP, Ceramide EOS, Ceramide EOP and Cholesterol.
This combination helps support both water content and the lipid barrier responsible for reducing unnecessary moisture loss.
C2C Messenger Complex
pHformula's proprietary C2C Messenger technology is designed to support communication between epidermal skin cells and between epidermal and dermal cells.
The aim is to support more effective cellular functioning as part of the skin's overall restorative processes.
Ceramide Complex & Cholesterol
Multiple ceramides and cholesterol help reinforce the skin's lipid barrier.
These are particularly relevant for dry, dehydrated or barrier-impaired skin, where water loss may be increased because the protective barrier is not functioning optimally.

Use morning and evening.
Cleanse thoroughly with your recommended pHformula cleanser, rinse well and pat the skin dry.
Apply your prescribed pHformula active prescription product first, if applicable.
Then apply a few drops of HYDRA Serum to the face, neck and décolleté and massage gently using light circular movements.
Allow the serum to absorb fully before following with your pHformula eye product and moisturiser.
During the day, always finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen.
