High-strength oral photoprotection supplement with 480mg Fernblock®, antioxidant Vitamins C and E, Lutein and Lycopene, designed to complement topical sunscreen during periods of intense sun exposure.

Heliocare Ultra Capsules provide an additional layer of whole-body photoprotection from within, particularly for fair or sun-sensitive skin and during periods of increased UV exposure.

Each capsule contains a high concentration of 480mg Fernblock®, supported by Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Lutein and Lycopene. Cantabria Labs positions the formula for all skin types, particularly fair phototypes, sun sensitivity and photosensitivity associated with certain pharmacological or dermocosmetic treatments.

Importantly, Heliocare Ultra Capsules are a supplement to topical sunscreen — never a replacement for it.

Fernblock® – 480mg
The defining technology in Heliocare Ultra.
Fernblock® is derived from Polypodium leucotomos, a fern extract extensively used across Heliocare's oral and topical photoprotection range.
It provides antioxidant support and helps improve skin resistance to oxidative stress associated with UV exposure. Ultra contains 480mg per capsule, which is double the 240mg Fernblock level found in some other Heliocare oral formulas.
Vitamin C – 20mg
Provides complementary water-soluble antioxidant support.
Vitamin E – 3mg
Provides lipid-soluble antioxidant support, helping complement Vitamin C and Fernblock®.
Lutein – 2mg
A carotenoid naturally concentrated in ocular tissues. Cantabria Labs includes Lutein within Ultra's broader antioxidant and eye-support composition.
Lycopene – 1mg
A carotenoid antioxidant providing additional support against oxidative stress.

Take 1 capsule daily before sun exposure.
Cantabria Labs' current international manufacturer instructions specify one capsule per day prior to exposure.
Continue to use a high-factor, broad-spectrum topical sunscreen and reapply it correctly throughout the day.
