Stem Cell Conditioned Media (SCCM)
The defining technology within the RFM range.
The current South African ingredient declaration lists Human Adipocyte Stem Cell Conditioned Media Extract as the first ingredient.
Conditioned media is the nutrient medium collected after cultured cells have released proteins, signalling molecules and other bioactive components into it.
Lamelle describes SCCM as containing growth factors, anti-inflammatory cytokines, collagen- and elastin-supporting peptides and stem-cell-derived exosome technology.
Importantly, RFM Elixir Cream does not contain living stem cells.
Stem Cell-Derived Exosome Technology
Lamelle describes exosomes as messenger particles contained within its broader SCCM technology.
Exosomes are involved in cell-to-cell signalling and are part of the regenerative-medicine-inspired story behind RFM.
They are not listed as a separate conventional INCI ingredient, so Chris&Alley should describe them as part of the conditioned-media technology rather than implying there is a standalone “exosome” ingredient in the formula.
Collagen- and Elastin-Supporting Peptides
Lamelle highlights peptide signalling as part of the RFM system’s broader rejuvenating strategy.
These peptides are designed to support processes associated with structural skin proteins and firmer, more resilient-looking skin.
We would avoid saying that topical peptides physically replace collagen or rebuild underlying facial tissue.
Anti-Inflammatory Cytokines
Cytokines are signalling proteins involved in communication between cells.
Within Lamelle’s RFM positioning, cytokine-related components help support a healthier inflammatory environment, which is relevant because persistent low-grade inflammation can contribute to visible ageing.
Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate
A stable, lipid-soluble Vitamin C derivative.
It provides antioxidant support while helping promote brighter, more even-looking skin and supporting collagen-related processes.
This is a different Vitamin C form from the Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate used in RFM Serum.
Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer
A cross-linked form of hyaluronic acid designed to provide sustained moisture-binding support.
It helps maintain hydration and improve the appearance of fine dehydration lines.
Acetylated Hyaluronic Acid Technology
The current SA ingredient declarations also identify an acetylated form of Hyaluronic Acid.
This provides complementary moisture retention and skin-conditioning support alongside Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer.
Panthenol
Provitamin B5 provides hydrating, soothing and barrier-supporting benefits.
It helps maintain skin comfort around the more advanced anti-ageing technologies.
Glutathione
An antioxidant naturally present within biological systems.
Topically, it provides complementary antioxidant and tone-supporting activity within the formula.
Acetyl Glucosamine
A skin-conditioning amino-sugar derivative that supports hydration and more even-looking skin.
It complements the product’s broader brightening and age-support strategy.
Vitamin E / Tocopherol
Provides additional lipid-soluble antioxidant support and helps condition the skin.

Use morning and evening.
After cleansing, apply your chosen Lamelle Skin Essence if used, followed by your appropriate treatment serum.
Apply approximately one pump of RFM Elixir Cream over the full face.
Use additional product for the neck and décolleté if required.
Massage gently until completely absorbed.
During the day, finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Lamelle’s current South African usage guidance supports twice-daily application after the appropriate Correctives serum.
